Start with one challenge.
The architecture says what must be true and the capabilities say what the system can do. This section says what a Tuesday looks like. Each page takes one real situation, shows how it usually goes, walks through how it goes here, and names the parts of the system doing the work.
These are chosen to be unglamorous on purpose. A platform is judged by the ordinary week, not by the demo, and the promises on this site are only worth something if they survive contact with the work nobody writes case studies about.
Everyday operating
Running the back office
a purchase becomes stock, becomes a cost, becomes a number someone can defend.Serving customers
an order placed anywhere lands in one set of records.Running a household
the same guarantees, at the scale of a kitchen.
Memory and judgment
Remembering why a decision was made
the reasoning survives the person who had it.Asking your own records
answers with sources, scoped to what you are allowed to know.Deciding with money
positions, reasoning, and exposure in one reconstructable view.
Work beyond the desk
Work away from a desk
hands busy, one fact needed, one change recorded.Automating a line
mixed equipment, one mission, one record.Watching what you do not control
the filing, the tender, the price, the rule change.
Sovereignty in practice
Taking back a captured service
when a vendor holds the domain, the data, and the keys.Delegating work to software
scope it, run it, review it, revoke it.Arriving and leaving
the first day and the last one, both designed.
How to read these
Every page ends by naming which capability planes and products carry the work, so an abstract layer can be checked against something concrete. Where a page describes something not yet finished, it says so. The roadmap is the authority on what is running today, and these pages are the reason the roadmap is ordered the way it is.
